ABOUT

"Recovery Starts Here"

Vizor Performance & Recovery is built around supporting how the body performs under physical demand, whether from training, work, or everyday movement.

Our focus is on proactive recovery and performance enhancement, with the aim of helping the body stay strong, mobile and resilient over time.

Regular sports massage is viewed as part of ongoing physical maintenance, not just purely addressing injuries or issues when they arise.

Clinic Owner & Therapist Caitlin Vizor

Caitlin Vizor | Clinic Owner

Vizor Performance & Recovery was founded in 2024 by Caitlin, a qualified Sports Massage Therapist with a background in exercise science, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. Holding a BSc (Hons) in Physical Activity & Health, Caitlin combines scientific expertise with hands-on treatment to help individuals recover from injury, improve movement, manage pain and perform at their best.

Caitlin works with a wide range of clients, from recreational gym-goers and runners to competitive athletes, as well as individuals experiencing everyday aches, pains and musculoskeletal injuries. Every appointment is tailored to each client's goals rather than simply addressing the area of discomfort.

Driven by a commitment to high-quality, client-centred care, Caitlin has built Vizor Performance & Recovery into a trusted clinic within the local community. Whether you're recovering from an injury, preparing for an event or looking to stay active and perform at your best, her aim is to provide treatment that delivers meaningful, long-term results.
